Gratitude For Greatness

November is the time of year that we start to think about how much we have to be grateful for; but gratitude does not have to be limited to just one season. Research has shown that regularly expressing gratitude not only increases happiness, but can also have significant physical and mental health benefits. The best part of all? Expressing gratitude doesn’t cost you a thing! What would happen if instead of focusing on all of the things we don’t have and all of the things we aren’t, we took a minute to appreciate the possessions and qualities we do have? Albert Einstein once said, “There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.” Which life would you rather live?
